#2028, also known as the Stolen Cultivar, is the Jason Bourne of Taiwan’s Tea R&D Center. Its strong immunity to bugs and diseases makes it an apt candidate for making organic teas; though its official release was canceled due to jejune politics, a few lucky tea farmers managed to get their hands on it. This sunny afternoon stroll of a tea, tastes like maple and almond butter and smells like a field of wild flowers.
