What is Oolong tea?
White, green, oolong, and black teas all come from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis. What distinguishes the teas is how they are processed. Green tea is not oxidized during production where as black tea is 100% oxidized. Oolong tea, also known as Wu Long tea or blue-green tea, is semi-oxidized where the oxidation level can ranged from 8% to 85%.
