Black Sesame Cake combines traditional Taiwanese flavors with a modern twist. Each square is filled with ground black sesame and peanuts, wrapped in soft, buttery pastry. Inspired by our love for traditional snacks and as the perfect tea companion, these cakes are the result of multiple iteration of recipe testing.
Packaged in boxes of eight, each Black Sesame Cake offers a taste of tradition and craftsmanship. We hope each box brings you a heavy dose of happiness at your daily teatime.
The nutty flavors of black sesame and peanuts pair well with our roasted teas. Try them with Frozen Summit or the Mount Ali and let the nuttiness of roasted oolong enhance the buttery pastry. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Flour, butter, sugar, black sesame, mung bean, peanuts, milk powder, eggs, maltose.
Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.
Storage
Black Sesame cakes will remain fresh at room temperature for 15 days from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 4 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Black Sesame cakes can also be purchased in-person at our Tea Room during regular business hours. For larger quantities pickup, please placed an order ahead of time by selecting pickup at checkout.
